Introduction
Following from Part 1, in this NDA Recreation case study features a full low to high fidelity website visualization*, wireframing, with sample user journey studies, sitemap recommendation as well as hypothetical Dashboard Project management concept to oversee the home building, design, and consultancy progress.
* originally an Adobe® XD wireframing and high fidelity visualization project. Here further re-visualized in Figma®.
Problem Statement
Following Part 1 - the environmentally conscious, architecture consultancy and builder firm requested a refresh of their marketing funnel website from their single holding page presence in Squarespace®.
*While dashboard and back-end development are out of scope here in this hypothetical build, only placeholder and/or indicative content are used.
As this is fictionalised NDA recreation based on prior factual brief ~ Impact statements are not available. However, hypothetical series of criteria(s) are presented at the end of this presentation to help pre-empt legitimate conversations typically raised in an actual brief or factual industry experience.
AI / Automation Use clause
A projects management dashboard here is demonstrated using Figma Make® to produce the initially suggestive only - dashboard functions and indicative content writing. However, these did not escape obligate manual retailoring and artifacting corrections.
Here in this NDA Recreation case study ~ revised competitor analysis, UX / UI information architecture, low to high fidelity Figma® visualization, then as added incentive ~ a hypothetical Client dashboard are all presented here to compel a more thorough and engaging - buy-in proposition.
Demographic
30-45 years old, gender-agnostic, professionals with at least one or more interest(s) held in ~ real estate, property investment, finances, environmentalism, and journalism.
Sample Persona
32 years enterpreneur and "early adopter" of eco-conscious appliances and technology
Perth, Western Australia
Ba. Computer Science + Journalism (double major)
Business owner / enterpreneur of software / app development. "Lean" start-up of less than five employees.
Summary of Persona Narrative
Here ~ one Customer Journey Map example is demonstrated from perspective of a prospective Client enquiring for a custom home build & design; as inspired from a conversation off a business networking event recently attended.
The client was looking for a architect + design + builder whose locally-focused, and dedication towards sustainable and ethical outcomes are well established. However in doing so, he realized that not all builders were as forthcoming in their propositional dislosures
On top of the personalities alignment analysis with various brands, then begins the Customer Journey starting from Awareness gathering, Discovery of pain points, Engagement for clarity seeking then finally - Resolution from having obtained positive CX / customer service experience.
Key Extrapolations
Taking all the above in mind, several key implementations to consider during the design solution were as follows:
Clear outline of the build process; outlining from high level - process from consultancy to resolution / completion of a build. Perhaps consider (indicative visual stage only) ~ user or client dashboard to onboard the nuances and stages of a home design, build and reviewing phases.
Having clear thought leadership articles; outlining pros, and cons as well as most current up to date research on eco-friendly and custom home development.
Following on each article ~ offers a CTA / call to action banner with a proposition relating to the subject matter of that article; to invite relevant + deeper enquiring, rather than generic Newsletter sign ups or “Contact us” banner.
IA, Service Blueprinting
Following Persona / narrative research begins the IA / information architecture planning.
Also commencing afterwards was "service blueprinting" layout. This is in a form of questions format to helps expose and raise where necessary ~ content and/or functionalities of the digital solutions that are likely be out of scopes. As well as honouring common but essential - user expectations.
The High Fidelity Design(s)
Afterwards, high fidelity visualization began within Figma® to produce and deliver the Main home, About Us and Ethos page/s to visually capture diverse content expectations.
*Please note this was expanded from the 2019 recreation Case Study; with more thorough artifacting.
SWIPE
The conceptual dashboard visualization
Exclusive here in this NDA Recreation is the Project management Dashboard (Client Side) to inform the home building, design, reviewing and approval processes.
For the (initially suggestive) layout and functional hypothetic concept - two (2) AI Prompting tools were considered and tested throughout this phase (Base 44 then Figma Make). After much troubleshooting Figma Make emerged as a more viable platform. However, not discounting afterwards were the obligatory design correction processes in Figma®.
In addition to the above however, an additional, obligatory Service Blueprinting was still necessary. Hence a sampling of these functional breakdowns of the dashboard app is shown here.
For timeliness delivery for this NDA recreated case study, only a few hypothetical, high fidelity visuals were completed.

Post Project Outcome / Criterias
I humbly disclose that at the time of industry conduct of this NDA project ~ any or all impact statements were strictly forbidden for me to query and/or simply unobtainable. The following criterias below are therefore what I would raise soon after a Project surpasses their service period; akin to hypothetical "Retrospective"
About this Case Study
Unless otherwise explicitly specified - all artworks, including naming, titling, sample content-writing including this Case study, and the entire front-end development ~ have not been resorted through Automation, Artificial Intelligence, or generative tools.
All hours expended on each NDA re-creation(s) were conducted out of limited, personal and voluntary capacity on top of / during full time tenure.
